Need to have more options open for free additions even if comes with a bit more advertisement.
More live cams from local sources.
More easy feedback from surfers on how the waves were actually, and to implement into some smart algorithm that will scale it to the future forecasts.
We miss MSW
MSW had better usability, simpler and nicer user interface, 7 days forecast and much more encouraging feeling to go surfing. Surfline is much more technical and with more data, but at the end I just need a go/no go decision based on 2-3 parameters and a general feel of ‘go for it’. In Surfline my area is always says ‘poor’ on wave condition, even when the waves are really ok. Yea. Not amazing. But I don’t need a Olympic standard, just some fine waves to go and have some good time. So MSW was aiming to the good time seeker. For sure there are some that finds SL data useful, but some not. How about considering a different UX depending on the user preference?

Great app
The main app I use for wave forecast. An amazing app for my needs.
The charts could be improved by adding a scalable legend, such that smaller swells could be seen in higher resolution which is desirable in places like the Mediterranean.
