Our application is designed to provide a streamlined and efficient process for both clients and providers in the facility maintenance industry.

For Clients: The app simplifies profile creation, work order (WO) setup, and the management of the entire process from start to finish. Clients can add notes to each WO for clear and effective communication with providers and technicians. Additionally, clients receive timely notifications via email and SMS to stay informed throughout the process.

For Providers: The app supports profile creation, service type definition, and WO management. Providers can accept or reject WOs and assign technicians as needed. Both providers and technicians can communicate through notes attached to each WO, ensuring everyone involved is on the same page. Email and SMS notifications keep all parties informed, optimizing the maintenance management process.

Use of Data and Geolocation: To enhance the user experience, we use data and geolocation in a specific and controlled manner. Geolocation enables clients to view the real-time location of providers and technicians on a map, helping them select the nearest provider and track the technician’s arrival. This data usage is confined to app functionality and not used for any other purpose. Our goal is to provide a connected and efficient experience, ensuring all parties are well-informed and can manage their tasks effectively.

- Change Passowrd Users can securely update their password anytime for enhanced account protection.
- SMS or email Notifications Users can customize email and SMS notifications to stay updated on Work Orders.
- Maps (basic) Users can manage sites and technicians with map views, autocomplete, and Google Maps navigation for efficient routing.
- Push notifications provide real-time updates. Now users can choose between push, email, or SMS notifications.
- Deep links allow users to quickly navigate to specific content within the app, reducing unnecessary navigation steps.
- Referral Work Order feature allows vendors to refer jobs to other vendors, fostering collaboration and communication. Referring vendors earn a fee if the client accepts the referred Work Order.
- Auto Dispatch feature streamlines Work Order management by automatically assigning it to top-rated vendors, allowing clients to monitor vendor engagement and make informed decisions in real time.
- Payments feature allows clients and vendors to securely process transactions, manage payment methods, and ensures accurate payment distribution upon job completion.
- Maps (Technician Tracker) Clients can track technicians in real-time on an interactive map, boosting transparency and communication.
- Bidding System allows clients and vendors to initiate, track, and collaborate on bids, fostering a competitive and transparent Work Order process.
- Surplus feature enables vendors to publish excess offerings, allowing clients to create Work Orders based on these surpluses.
- Survey feature facilitates feedback exchange between clients and vendors to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback feature lets users share app experiences and suggestions.
- Service Coverage Area feature enables vendors to define their service regions, helping clients identify available options based on location.
