Exchange texts, voice notes, videos and resources to help boost your emotional wellbeing by downloading the app or visiting the website.
Connect with a mental health Coach on your own terms – no appointments or wait times! This stigma-free access point helps you address concerns like stress, anxiety, resilience, relationship issues and more.
All Textcoach® Coaches are independently licensed and experienced clinicians with special training to provide technology-driven care and help you resolve issues.
