Thought the is great, it’s too early for my 2 years granddaughter, so I would like to cancel my subscription .
I can’t find the way to do it.

I’m searching for more then an hour where can I cancel my subscription before the trial week ends.
I did everything the FAQ said, I searched iTunes, iCloud and the App Store. Nothing.
I also wrote an email to TinyTap and got a automatic reply that the respond will be received within the next 5-7 business days which is of course after the trial period will end.
I read the reviews and understand everyone wants to cancel need to go throw this unreasonable waste of time!

I'm sorry to hear you had a such a bad experience with our app
It looks like you signed up via iTunes, so all communication regarding your trial and subscription is sent from Apple. There is a trial confirmation pop up from Apple which lists the subscription price, and when you'll be charged. They also send an email when you start your trial, outlining the price and cancellation. Do you mind sharing what was unclear there? We'd love to forward you to the right platforms.
Not a learning app!
This app might look nice because they have recorded lessons from some kind of teachers BUT and this is a HUGE BUT they don't have a learning plan it is just a scramble of lessons that are not formed together into a learning path for kids.
It's like letting your 5-6 years old kid to pickup courses online.
I ended up subscribing to A+ on a monthly subscription (which is by far better then having to pay for a full year in advance)

Hey! We have a curated learning plan, aligned to state and national standards - made by local teachers, Oxford University Press and amazing children content creators, such as Sesame Street. We also have 'free play' which lets you give your child the option to play and progress with an open library of games (over 200,000+ instead of the structured learning plan) - and lastly, we have the option for monthly, yearly or weekly payment. I'm not sure where the confusion happened with the app, but we are here to help :)
