Good app , good features , clean and simple design , bad customer service 👎
Overall the app is ok , actually have a perfect features which you can’t find elsewhere , the customer service isn’t responding doesn’t matter how much you try to get in touch with them , am facing problem with the in app purchases, already bought a premium account for some features but nothing has changed , it keeps telling me that I need to pay for a premium account to get these features! Also there’s a real time data service which already made a payment for but I can’t have it in the app , needs to go for the web to have a full premium account options !!

Phone application is not synched with web app.
At the beginning everything was fine but since last updates, my iphone app is not getting updated with indicators and symbols I'm adding in the web app. Please make mobile app to get changes from the server!!! Making changes to my lists not getting updated in mobile app even after restart and after 5 days. Frustrating to go and add it manually. Also discrapencies from web app are there is no way to add symbol in the middle of the list and I cant contract sublists, so I have long lists I think it should be the most basic for an app and web to be synchronized
