Ratings and Reviews
Checking in not saving past details
The app doesn’t save the hotels I visited , as a business traveler I often check in to the same hotels so why can’t the app save my past hotels so I won’t have to find the address of those hotels all over again .
I also think the app should notify or give the ability to do so if a prefer seat has become vacant , for example if a window seat is available ...
Scanning passport and entering number faulty
Took me 10 min to scan passport till it got it. Why can’t you just let adding manually ?
The phone number is still registered as not valid. No place to change manually
I could not get through the contact email/mobile screen
I got a message to include a valid mobile while it was valid. I could only get through after I removed my mobile number. I guess it was to include either email or mobile number, but it would not say that. It would only repeat to include a valid mobile number. Annoying. ☹️
