Waiter notebook app WaiterBolt 4+

WaiterBolt is a simple digital waiter notebook that will help you place your order easily and quickly. With its help, you can create your own halls with the required number of tables, create your own menu list, quickly place orders, view the history of orders, supplement the current order, send a send via messengers and use offline. With it, you can forget about a paper notebook.

Before creating an order, you need to add the rooms and tables in them that you serve. After that, you can add menu items offered by the establishment. Also, menu items can be added in the future even during searching for the desired position. The export/import function will allow you to create a list of items, save it to a file, and then import it on another device.

You can create an order by choosing the desired hall with the desired table. After creating an order, the table indicator will change from green to red, which will allow you to track the availability of free tables. To start searching for menu items, simply click on the search box at the bottom of the screen. If the desired menu item is missing, you can immediately add it without stopping the ordering process. Next, select the quantity, and comment if required.

If your customer wants to reorder something after a certain period of time, then WaiterBolt allows you to create a sub-order and you will know exactly what else needs to be brought.

The function of sending an order via messengers will give you the opportunity to send a sub-order via messenger to the kitchen. In this way, you will be able to devote more time to customers.

If you have internet problems, WaiterBolt can work offline (only need internet access occasionally to check for updates).
