Very complicated instructions that do jot include all you need to know.
very good and fast support-BUT- the service itself- getting calls, calling others, surfing the net- was very bad. didnt work 70% of the time. calls didnt arrive from local people , Data was finished while using other wifi most of the time so something is wrong there.
wished them luck if they would fix it all- I personally won't use it again- it made 3 people stuck with no internet and calls abroad.
Do not disclose everything upfront
Do not get this. They say you can call when you are abroad from your real number! Its not true and you cant. The only way to do this by asking your cellphone company for permission to make the calls switch to a virtual number that they give you. This is something I found out when I was out of the country only. And no cellphone company would give such permission when they find out its for an esim
so dont fall for these lies. The only thing that work is the data plan but that also cuts off often too
Doesn’t work
The company was not able to activate my calls for 3 days, had to cancel the package, wasted much time and effort on this useful company
