UX pandemonium
For a company that recruits UX designers and product managers twice a week, you really are disconnected from your audience, their goals and capabilities. The site editor/builder/whatever does exactly what every single UX course and degree tell you not to do - make the process and usage frustrating and without accomplishing basic goals. Have you ever let someone with average computer capabilities (such as photographers/painters/visual designers) sit and build a site from scratch?
You know you are doing something horrible if you try to do something elementary like change a template and find 12-minute+ videos that basically tell you you can't. I can write 4 paragraphs about this and still not be to convey how horrible the experience is.

The only thing I’m really missing is workflows in the mobile app. With that i could manage my entire business from my phone.
