Hi I took a flight with you today from London Gatwick. Iadmit that I don’t usually do that, but your service today was so unprofessional and disappointing that I’m regretting taking this flight with you. It’s a true shame that as a low cost company there are so many non transparent things and lots of hidden fees. If I knew that I would have booked the flight of British airways that after all hidden charges was cheaper than you! and gave the luggage included (23kg) on top of all, the check in itself costs!!!!!!!!! And I needed to stand almost for an hour trying to book it from your web and app which is way far from user friendly! And my profession is web developing. After asking several time your rude service desk girl to help she said she can help only if I pay by credit card! Which was 44£ and in front of me in the web I saw 21£ So I paid by card to her, cause god knows which button leads to your payment page. In addition my flight was supposed to be with a small luggage and then it changed to carry bag. In addition after my booing and even today I have received from you different emails on things that are included in the flight.. and then another email that’s saying that it is not available for me and the emails were sent by mistake. Seriously your service needs a serious improvement. And I for sure won’t fly with you again

Our flight was cancelled on Saturday , we were at the airport 9 hours, then taken to a hotel that no one is willing to help, the next flight we received is only on Tuesday and we are not able to speak with anyone at Wizz through all the available channels. This is not what we can expect from any company. We see there are other available flights to TLV but the app doesn’t allow to rebook and there is no way to receive any support through the App.
