Appalling customer service
I received only part of the order because the glasses in the order were smashed on route to my house (due to not being adequately wrapped)
Zara was not informed of this by the courier company til many days later
Further more Zara have not acknowledged this in writing to me nor have they answered multiple emails from me regarding g this order. They haven’t had the courtesy to respond to any of my emails
My account (8 days later) still shows that all items have been delivered
Of course Zara are quite happy to take my money for items not received
I have never experience such a poor appalling service from a retailer
I certainly would not expect this from Zara Home

Not easy to use
No Israeli phone number and mail. Not very clear how to return money if something is broken.
No “Reviews” section.
