Not a trustworthy app for foreigners

The app didn’t accept 2 of our visa international credit cards transactions when we tried to order food online. We also learnt that Zomato might have actually charged our accounts despite not processing our order. They claimed we will get refund within 5-7 working days!
Their customer service offered apologies but wouldn’t refund us immediately citing “it’s the usual time”.
Based on the above and their poor customer service we believe this app can’t be trusted and won’t use it again
