广西公共培训APP是中心开展各类人力资源和社会保障业务培训及培训管理事务性工作在线学习APP，方便没有电脑、无法通过网站进行学习的学员通过手机APP进行学习。
广西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障培训中心与自治区人才服务中心、中国广西人才市场主要负责组织实施各类人力资源和社会保障业务培训及培训管理事务性工作；承担专业技术人员继续教育培训、技能人员职业技能培训及各类就业创业培训工作；承担全区人力资源和社会保障培训网络平台建设和运行维护工作；承担社会化、市场化培训与会议服务工作。目前中心正在开展的有自治区人力资源和社会保障厅培训会议项目，全区专业技术人员公需科目及国家级高级研修项目，事业单位工作人员岗前培训项目，及行政执法人员资格（续职）培训等单位及行业委托项目。
