Description
“掌上湘雅”是中南大学湘雅医院为缓解传统就医时间繁杂开发的手机应用。依托医院信息化建设，将服务的触角延伸到院内、院外与患者相关的几乎每一个角落。平台服务涵盖报告单查询、智能导诊、就诊查询功能。我们旨在现有服务基础上简化就医流程，减少等候时间、方便患者就医、改善患者就医体验、提高患者就医满意度。

1、智能导诊：模拟临床医生问诊流程，通过自检就能初步评估自身病情；
2、预约挂号：掌上实时挂号，短信凭证高效就诊；
3、报告单查询：在家也能取报告单，无需往返医院查询、取单；
4、医院导航：院外线路导航、院内科室分布、周边商户一网打尽。
