联享家是物联技术与互联网结合，采用软硬件配套使用的新一代智能门禁对讲系统，打造智慧社区生活；解决了地产开发商投资成本高、维护难、无法更新等问题；创新性改变了小区物业与住户沟通方式，为小区的物业管理提供了新的管理沟通方式，提高了物业服务水平。
对讲功能主要包括：
1） 识别门禁的PSTN电话，弹出提示框提示用户进行接听；
2） 监听门口机的来电呼叫，跟门口机进行音视频通话；
3） 通过指令驱动门口机开门；
4） 呼叫历史记录管理；
5） 处理门禁相关配置和业务流程，管理功能将由社区APP负责；
