Amazing workout if you have limited time in a day
Never thought such a short duration workout could leave me feeling content with my daily exercise routine. I, being an entrepreneur, don't have much time to spare in a day so this is just perfect for me. It's short enough to keep me motivated to do it on a daily basis no matter how lazy I'm feeling. It even motivates me to do more once I'm done. I mostly pair it with 15 minutes of yoga after the 7 minute workout. Try it once and I'm sure you'll be hooked.
