- High Prices and game is not that worth it. No charm left. - Same old game and no changes to UI UX. - Connection problems are still there. - This game comes under Sports section of the App Store but nothing professional in the game. Cues are so made up and fictional. - So many cues and people don't even use those. There should be a button to remove all that junk and in return we should get some coins or cash back accordingly. - Mini Games are not cool. Scratch thing, spinning thing. There should be some games related to Pool only. - Improve rewarding system as people don't even get one single cash daily as sometimes your ads system doesn't work. - Pool to Cash and Cash to Pool changing thing was good. - I have seen many differences in profiles. Where one has more winnings with less number of games played and rings earned whereas person who has played more and is having more rings then also the other players winnings are less in number. - And at last, HACKERS. I have found so many hackers and making this game pathetic and plus you people are also not improving this thing. I an having proof of it also. After all this how can you just ask so much of money for your Pool Pass. You are giving nothing. And yes I don't know who decides what should be the next Pool Pass things and stuff but nothing is professional in this game. You are bringing any thing to the game. Avatars are also not that good.

Hello guys,This is me hadi and I’ve started playing this game in 2018 and it was really fun back then, but due to some reasons i had to delete my Facebook account using which i was logged in into the game and all my progress was gone, but that was my mistake and i downloaded and started this game again in 2025, as i was an old player i knew how to play and this time i chose invest my money in it and i purchased cash (in-game officially) and topped leagues playing completely fair, but suddenly i started getting alot of hackers and when i tried to talk with youtubers and old players they said my id got detected idk why some said due to i purchased cash or some said because i was making a really good progress from low level, but i still didn’t mind and yesterday suddenly when i opened the game i got the popup “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED DUE TO VIOLATION OF GAME” , no warnings, no temporary ban, no explanation nothing, just straight up permanent ban, and why? Not even a proper answer from miniclip, i tried my best to contact them and all i get was automated replies from them, i have videos of hackers playing freely they are still active and playing peacefully and we on the other hand who play legitimately and invest our hard earned money and time into this are getting banned without any proper reason or warning? Why miniclip? Is that what you do with your loyal players? It was a great disappointment watching one of my favourite game turning into this money hungry and ignorant thing, it’s a shame miniclip.

This game's fooling the goddam world but ppl are still playing it! 😂The reason for that is the hackers and all they've a lot of coins and cash so they don't care whether they will or lose, they even quit the game when they don't get the break or you get to play with them again in the same league! This's kinda unfair for fair gamers. As per the gameplay- this game have a pattern! This is where it is fooling you guys- the guys who play this game fairly at least, as soon as you get to winning ways and earn a lot of coins like you've earned 500m coins, the game pattern gets activated, now the moment you'll try to convert those 500m to 1 billion you're trapped! The game will somehow pull back all the coins you've earned!!! You'll suddenly start to lose all the matches you play, Either the game will get stuck in between saying your connection is slow or you'll not get the break (for numerous time, I once didn't get the break for like 7-8 games in a row), the game will crash in between, you'll start to miss even the straight shots, these are all the signs that now the game's pulling all the coins back from you, don't get fooled that whatever is happening is real, it is not rather it's the pattern of this game and it doesn't only happen to you, it's happening to all the ppl around the world!! I don't understand why ppl still waste their time in this, this is how this game is making a hole lot of money, fooling its players, not letting you achieve what you wanna achieve so that you'll keep on playing it!! Simple!!!
