I have been playing A23 from 2012 and the way it grown is amazing. Game flavours are awesome with simple understanding. Table experience is nice. I felt it’s very genuine app to play the rummy online. While I was playing rummy in some other apps I felt that some kind of bots were playing but not here.
The way they treat players is awesome and the response time for any complaints is also very quick.
Believe me that people are crazy about the game play especially from southern states.

It is basically fraud truck to loot money
Tq application developers fr making me loose my hard earned money.i was playing on ace 23 fr past 40 days and I’m a very balanced player, upfront I used to get money playing 6 k 6 player pool and suddenly after updating my KYC and bank details things started moving in reverse directing I was playing a game of total pool 30 k and all of a sudden when I was winning it took me to main page and a msg was displayed saying u dint upload bank details , I have a doubt, hw does it actually matters when ur playing ????it should only matter when ur redeeming your money..pls answer me this and when will u pay my 30 k ???
Secondly even when I’m sitting on wify with 100 mbps speed in my home it says signal lost, surprisingly one thing I don’t understand is why will it happen only when I’m winning and why will it not happen when I’m loosing ????

Ok but not great
Your app is not user friendly. App interface is portrait and game interface is landscape its not practically good.
There is no drop and move option for gunshoot, so Always we have to go back to lobby and select new game.
Selection of various game will look better if it is Landscape and not in list view.. ( Felt rummy circle is having best app interface kindly reffer)
Playing cards looks fine but i feel the picture of Queen , king, jack is unnecessary.
It will be good if we can make 6 groups intead of 5.
Also i felt card melding option is different in my iphone and my sister iphone. In that phone i can declare without melding in seprate boxes. But in my phone i shoud meld.

There is no support option i can find in app..
There is no option to see my games which currently im playing
