Not at all happy with AbhiBus support
My biggest mistake was trusting AbhiBus services on date of 26th DeCember I booked a ticket in urgency to the Hyderabad in the gender mentionejing they are using images instead of F&M Coloumns. Unfortunately my booking happened in the F Gender after reaching the pickup location they are not allowing me to travel in the bus and I requested services provider for any alternate seat change but they are not agreeing and not onboarded me on the bus and they are saying check with the AbhiBus and later I contacted AbhiBus customer support they are saying it’s not possible to cancel and can’t refund my money. And I requested them that I am not travelling in the bus and you are asking me to pay for the ticket. Which made me to feel too bad for their response. This is clearly cheating and they are sending the ticket confirmation by SMS and which in that it is not mentioned the gender. It is only mentioned in the mail. That who is depending on the SMS communication it is not at all communicated in the SMS. I am really disappointed with AbhiBus services. That’s the reason I am deleting this app from my device and also suggesting my friends not to use AbhiBus app. My money and my plan for the next day was completely ruined by AbhiBus. Pls guys don’t use this app.
Not trust worthy
My biggest mistake ever was choosing Abhibus app to make my hotel booking. On the listing of Abhibus app, the checkin time was clearly mentioned as 1am and trusting the same I had reached the hotel around 4.30 am and I was told by the hotel management that their standard checkin time is 12pm and I was not allowed to checkin at 4.30 am. Called up the Abhibus support for the assistance which was just a waste of time. I was told that they cannot help since they are from bus booking team and the team handing hotel booking is different when asked to transfer the call to the hotel booking team it was said that the team isn’t available and they start only around 9am and I was asked to call at 9. After wasting my 3 hours contacting abhibus support with no other choice left I had to book another hotel. Not trusting this app ever for my booking in future. I regret my choice of choosing this for my booking.

worst experience everytime
I only use your app because my location is not supported by most of the apps. and always ended up with the worst experience ever. My first experience, I clearly selected a bus for 9:30 and when the payment is done, It shows 8:10pm for which I have not planned and upon consultation, the customer support was very very rude and I have to wait for 1 hour just for the call to get connected.
In my second journey, I selected a bus on 30Sep1am and the ticket shows 29Sep1am and funny thing is that i couldnt cancel it coz the page wont move and customer support wont respond for hours. So I have to book again for 29Sep11pm bus and it is for a super luxury. However, they changed the bus to express bus and I lost my faith in these people. I wish I could use all abusive words possible in this review. But it needs visibility of the poor services Abhibus is providing.
