Please improve the iOS version

On iOS 16 update I can’t even login to my ace online app. first of all the video was blanked and only audio plays in background please do some improvement ASAP. We don’t have much time right now. And also some time the video got stuck only audio plays.

Hello Sreeguru, we're sorry to know about the trouble you had with the ACE Online app on your iOS device. We understand that you were unable to login to the app and secondly the videos wouldn't play and audio plays in the background. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This may have happened in case if your using the Beta version of the iOS 16. This also have happened due to an intermittent issue within the app. Intermittent issues like these are usually resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Therefore, we request you to please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. In case if uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help, I kindly request you to please write to us at help@ace.online so that our tech support team can help you troubleshoot the issue. We've tried reaching you over the phone however, there was no response. Please let us know a favorable time you'd like us to reach out to you and we will get in touch with you over the phone and help resolve this issue at the earliest. Give access to both laptop and mobile

Its very disgusting
u r providing download option only in mobile but not in windows( laptop) but your asking to select only one device, its depends on our flexibility and availability of device , we can’t take our laptops to every where ,some times we are using in mobiles, but most of the times we are preferred to laptop, but its restricting to much , Its not a over night syllabus to cover. Please understand , Or else please provide download option for windows too
Please resolve this ASAP

Ace online on MacOs

Please make this app available to MacOs…. Or at least give an option to play content on web…
