· Earn your Active Dayz™: Now, track your health activities on the app and earn Active Dayz™. Active Dayz™ can be earned by completing a Fitness centre or yoga centre activity for a minimum of 30 minutes at our panel of Fitness or yoga centres or burning 300 calories or more in one exercise session per day, or simply walking and recording 10,000 steps in a day. Active Dayz™ help you earn Health Rewards (HealthReturns TM ). Health returns can be earned by completing your health assessment and undertaking any one of the activities mentioned above.
· View your Health Returns™ balance: Track your Health Returns™. Funds earned under HealthReturns TM can be used to buy medicines, pay for diagnostic tests, towards the payment of Renewal Premium or it can be kept like a fund for any health emergency.

Ratings and Reviews
Effective, easy to use and one stop solution
Activ Health app is an one stop solution for me. While it not only tracks my daily activities but also gives me rewards as Health Return points while renewal. This is really a wonderful concept and helps customers like us to stay fit and active throughout the year and on their other hand we can save money.
Apart from minor technical glitches, this app offers plethora of value added services which I use daily. Blogs, videos and on time notifications are really handy. Overall it is very easy to use and provides a very good experience.
Shocking app experience! Think twice.
Using this app has been a nightmare. The number of bugs and the kind of bugs it has is unbelievable.
For example, it has a screen displaying the calendar and the number of days you were physically active.
On that screen, according to the app, 1 Feb, 2023 is a Tuesday! (It was a Wednesday)
At the top it shows I was active on 4 days. At the bottom of the same screen it shows that I was active on zero days!
On the Home screen, it shows yet another number of days active. And this is after ‘syncing’ the app multiple times and waiting for the sync to reflect.
This is just one example. Too many others to write in this review.
Another major one is, according to the number of days active, you get some cash that you can use towards renewing the policy.
I wasn’t able to use it as advertised when I renewed my policy because they were migrating their technology and there was a technical difficulty in utilising the cash.
Though the insurance product is good, the technology experience has been abysmal! And this has been the case for over a year now.
It seems there isn’t even basic testing that’s done before releasing the app (updates).
I would advise that anyone think twice before you buy their health insurance especially if you are particular about ease of access and use through technology and their Active Dayz program.
Hopeless mediclaim
My wife, was suffering from acute breast abscess due to which we had to admit her Hospital. Before her hospitalization, I had communicated with your assigned insurance representatives who assured us that the entire process would be cash-free. After the grueling procedure my wife endured, your company has rejected the claim in the most unprofessional manner stating it’s a maternity issue. The grounds for rejection are baseless as the doctor’s report clearly indicates, and yet your insurance providers keep redirecting my calls to a senior who is never available. I have been on the phone wasting my time for your seniors to pick up, but all I hear is the endless caller tune. I took your company’s policy for swift redressals, but this experience has really tarnished the trust I had. Given the experience, in the future I might have to consider some other insurance provider. Do look into this matter promptly.
