Ratings and Reviews
Updating the documents on the IOS app quick and smooth
Had to update my documents on all my banking apps after expiry, none of them were as quick and easy as this. Got a pop up that my doc is expiring, clicked update, scanned the doc and that’s it. The irony is that for the biggest bank in Dubai I had to go to the ATM to update my documents, the mobile application was too busy showing a pop up about their new application. Kudos to the development team and testing team on implementing this feature.

The overall function is really fast and sooth
That you Adib IT team for designing the app as it should get designed. There are many other companies they only focus to get their business done but your team has kept the customers satisfactions in mind and designed in a such a way that the customer will feel really happy after using the app.

Kudos to the team behind the development of this app. I’ve used a lot of banking apps so far but ADIB stands out as the best in terms of both the UI as well as quantification of the efficiency and response caliber. They maintain the app pretty well as it doesn’t hamper the end user while others focus on business and come up with lame ideas of design.
