One star to get attention of developers
There seems to be a bug in the app. For example, if I want to see all T-shirts in XL size, it will still show me sold out T-shirts along with T-shirts where XL size isn’t available. Once you fix the bug, I’ll be happy to change my review to 5 star.
Update : Heard back from developers and they would be fixing this issue. No other issues with the app as of now. Changing my rating to 5 star.

thanks for letting us know!. It looks like some product search requests were cached and not displaying up to date information. We cleared it, so we can get your 5 stars again 😉, but this is just a temporary solution. We'll work on the permanent fix. Your feedback helped a lot!🙌🏼
App is fine but the service is terrible!
Apologies to the devs for the poor rating but just wanted to let fellow customers know that the delivery experience is terrible!
I ordered a couple pairs of shoes….it has been over a week but the order hasn’t been delivered yet.
Even worse, there are no updates on the app. Also, nobody is notifying from adidas’s side - no email, no message, nothing.
On the delivery tracking page the status is showing as failed delivery because I am unavailable to receive the delivery, but that is not true. No delivery has been attempted at my door and nobody has called me to notify of the failed delivery.
I have been contacting adidas customer support for 3 days now and getting the same response everytime that they are escalating the issue and will get back. It has been an utterly disappointing experience. I am just waiting for my refund and then I’ll delete the app.
Worst after sale service.
I have ordered a shoe from adidas when it got delivered I didn’t like them so I have applied for the return it was showing on that it will get picked up in 3-4 days but it didn’t so I called the customer service again and again but there was no response from their sider they were just saying that it will get picked up in 2 days but nothing happen. Now its around 16 days that my order is not picked up and while asking for my refund they refuse to provide it saying sir we have t&c and we can not do that. And asking for compensation because they have caused this much inconvenience to me there reply was we can not say anything about that. Very poor service be aware while ordering something from this show website. I will prefer you can buy shoe from Nike or New balance they are quite good then Adidas in after sale services.
