Not received order

Not received my order .. after waiting so long I started putting mail .. not received any answer.. then I gone through with Facebook Instagram and other reviews I found that everyone is writing bad reviews about this app.. I am feeling so bad that my money is wasted here.. pls let me know the suitable and legal place to file complaint against this fraud.. my each penny is hard earned.. pls help ..
I don’t want to suggest this site to anyone for shopping and don’t want to give them any star for rating but I have to give them one because others I m not able to post my review....

All money is directly paid to shop owners.

We‘ve noticed the misconduct of this store and dealt with it -- removed from our trusted shop lists.
You can visit https://www.maxxfashions.com/ via their website.
If the merchant still doesn't ship and you pre-paid, you can complain to your CC issuer or Razorpay(maxxfashion is using Razorpay) -- they will revert your transaction.

Undelivered and unresponsive

I ordered from Max Fashions on 15th of December 2020. I received a mail on 18th December, that said the items have been shipped. However I was not given a date as to when it would be delivered. It has been more than half a month. I have left mails, asking for a tentative date of delivery, I did not receive any response. I have recently mailed them asking for a refund, but it is still unanswered. My order number is #1233 and paid for. Not the updated app says that the shop is closed...
This is my last resort, otherwise I will have to resort to a legal approach.
