Useless app
Useless app. This can be used only for contacting company. Like app Customerservice of the company is also worse. They do not have any online tracking system. They do not have redressal of customer grievance system. Even company officials also do not have any idea about movement of consignment. If you call tracking officials of company, they will answer day after tomorrow or tomorrow. If you call repeatedly they will block your number. Some officials answered that the number is their personal number and should not call in future. One official even answered that company have no responsibility for the consignment and it the responsibility of the carrier to do the delivery in time. In my case they offered to deliver car within ten days but delivered after 25 days. If you opt for Agarwal DRS group, you will face difficulties.
Worst service and package mishandling with hefty price
I’ve booked my items movement from Bangalore to my hometown. They charged me very hefty including package handling however. My boxes are torn open on the sides and I’m not sure what items I’ve lost or missed. These guys have experience in dumping but not proper package handling for which they charge the customer. Very disappointed in service and I’ll never recommend anyone to go for Agarwal packers and movers. The third party vendor(GATI) who got the package near to my house in an auto refused to move the boxes or items to the first floor. Both of these vendors wasted my time with arguing. I don’t understand why GATI is involved here.
How absurd is this? I hope others learn from my experience and never book from these scammers.
Bade bhaiyyaaa my foot
They are into this business how I wonder coz I contacted their customer service, first of all the South Indian girl could not even apprehend what I was taking about and also even after enquiring twice and filling the form, their customer service finally said they will call back and it is been more than 5 hours and no calls yet, ridiculous cc and pathetic response
