Useless app. This can be used only for contacting company. Like app Customerservice of the company is also worse. They do not have any online tracking system. They do not have redressal of customer grievance system. Even company officials also do not have any idea about movement of consignment. If you call tracking officials of company, they will answer day after tomorrow or tomorrow. If you call repeatedly they will block your number. Some officials answered that the number is their personal number and should not call in future. One official even answered that company have no responsibility for the consignment and it the responsibility of the carrier to do the delivery in time. In my case they offered to deliver car within ten days but delivered after 25 days. If you opt for Agarwal DRS group, you will face difficulties.

I’ve booked my items movement from Bangalore to my hometown. They charged me very hefty including package handling however. My boxes are torn open on the sides and I’m not sure what items I’ve lost or missed. These guys have experience in dumping but not proper package handling for which they charge the customer. Very disappointed in service and I’ll never recommend anyone to go for Agarwal packers and movers. The third party vendor(GATI) who got the package near to my house in an auto refused to move the boxes or items to the first floor. Both of these vendors wasted my time with arguing. I don’t understand why GATI is involved here.How absurd is this? I hope others learn from my experience and never book from these scammers.

Worst Packer & Movers Company available in the entire country. I have booked my household Goods along with my bike. The booking official promised to deliver the Goods within a week but it has been 17 days and the Goods have not been delivered yet. The booking was done through Patna Office, they kept on saying we will get back with status of your goods but now they say we are not responsible for your goods, you should contact our Kolkata Office or else raise a complaint. The official making false promises about their customer services and bragging about being industries best, only to book this order. Please don’t book through them and rely upon someone else.

I would like to bring everyone’s attention that a fraudulent company operating under the guise of AMPL. This company is a duplicate and misleading entity, and I have had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with them.I had made an advance booking for a relocation from Kolkata to Bangalore. However, due to a medical emergency, I had to cancel the shifting. I promptly informed the company both over the phone and via email well in advance. Despite this, they flatly refused to refund my booking amount.What’s worse, their customer service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to reach out for a resolution, they not only dismissed my concerns but went as far as to block my number altogether.This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highlights the company’s unethical and fraudulent practices. I urge others to stay alert and avoid falling into such traps.
