Worst customer Experience - not customer oriented
Hi,
I am taking this opportunity to share the first experience with Air India Express.
The luggage policy is pathetic as compared to other airlines. For instance, a family of 2 travelling with a infant when travelling with Indigo allowed the total checkin luggage - 15kg per adult and 7kg for infant, sums upto 37kg.
The checkin counter executive & supervior at the Gwalior Airport, is incabale to understand how 2 adults will carry 3 luggae, 2 laptop bags and infant baby. This is so illogical asking the customer to shuffle the luggage at the counter/pay for the extra luggae. Total luggage was 33kg, so they asked for 1650INR for 3kg excess. However, they told if I get the new luggage bag and shuffle would help. So this clearly means AIR INDIA Express didnt consider the infant luggage of 7kg at all.
Not travelling any more with this airline having such a experience.
