Strangley works well!!

Even after seeing all the negative reviews, I went ahead and installed the app. And directly booked an international ticket with no hassle. Seamless. The only hiccups I had faced were
1. The frequent flyer application part just doesn't work. Neither does it do so on a proper web browser. AI really got have to fix that if they are serious about giving they're customers some sort of remuneration for flying with them, that too frequently.

2. The server got disconnected during the check-in process. I thought something would have got screwed up in the meantime, cuz that's what we usually expect from AI. :D Surprise surprise, I tried a third time after half an hour or so and it went through, this time with no issue.

So giving in 5 stars for a work well done, barring the negatives. For the first time, I get to see myself appreciating an Air India performance

Where is Quota

There is no reservation for physically challenged, blind and other specially abled people. Why is this so when our dear Prime minister in his speech recently reminded that first preference goes to the Divyang or handicap. I see there is only military handicap quota. Is this to make fun of us. I am so disappointed with this kind of discrimination on behalf of the AirIndia team. Where is the first preference and quota for handicap people to travel in flights? Is this justice done to us? I want you to listen to the speeches of our dear Prime minister and prepare concessions, reform and amend your quota lists. I am so disappointed I have post polio and cerebral Palsy and you have no quota for me not for the blind or other specially abled? Is this new India? Is this growing India? Make equal rights for quota for handicap people. We don’t beg of reservations it’s our right. Please travel to any western country and you will see how those government and flight transports provides quota and special attention to handicap people.

Worst experience

Such a worst app ever seen. Even after filling al the details I did t get an otp to my phone. There is no option to change the mobile number or to go back or nothing to do there. It says 48 hours dummy account got created when trying to login it says some different error message web login is not allowed. Please make it user friendly and need some assistance on this as well.@Developers: please help.
