Customer Contacts are the repositories to assists in tracking the status and history of the journeys that the business operations team plans. Categorising the Quotation into multiple stages helps to track the status of customer to lead conversion. Additionally this application aids in tracking the crew availability and prepare the Crew rostering based on the assigned trips, clear visibility to the operations team on Aircraft & Airport availability, NOTAM clearance, Watchdog Clearance, Planned & Unplanned maintenance and its incurred costs for the Aircrafts. Overall Dashboard view provides the insight about the business.
