Airtel Xsafe 4+

Don’t know the reason why and how camera got disappeared from Airtel Xsafe app automatically. When tried adding camera by both qr scan and serial no typed in it is not picking up the camera. If the service is inconsistent and by trusting this if we go somewhere out station this Xsafe is absolutely useless and no purpose of having it installed. Customer care is very poor, after spending 10 mins waiting the call get disconnected automatically, no call back later. If this is for Airtel Xsafe new connection, then call and service is immediate, Airtel is just bothering about business but not after sales service. Not expected this from Airtel, you guys please improve service quality.

First thing first they are providing 27/7 cloud based Security solutions but the backend team are only operational between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm so if CCTV service goes down in the middle of the night you have to wait till 9:00 am in the morning that if you are lucky to get through their IVR system that will place call on hold and disconnect you in exact 5-7 min of waiting.

Cloud service:
Now Let talk about the cloud service which will stop recording intermittently without any warning its like they have mind of their own like an AI .
Their Auto detect notifications will notify only if they are in good mood….they will notify no doubt but when you check the recording its not available.

Server update :
I am just wowed with their software updates every time that happens something will gets screwed up thats for sure app issue.

Camera. Hardware’s:
The only good thing is the camera hardware its sturdy but at the same time it is helpless because they directly linked with the software that make them vulnerable not able to operate to their full potential.

I am stuck with Airtel Xsafe service forever because their device are locked which cannot be used as standalone product which mean they have configured the hardware in such way you cannot part away even if you want to ELSE you will end-up with LEMON worth 5k.

Worst service:

After making payment, they will give you false promises for 2 weeks to get the camera and so call technician (Who doesn't have any idea how the camera works)will visit after 100 calls to him and Customer support. He will not even install where you ask for and will install where he wants too(which is reachable to anyone, that's how my camera itself was stolen, for which this team didn't even respond with courtesy). Every 2 weeks you will have new tech issue, sometime the app doesn't work and sometime the camera doesn't work, if we try to reach out to the support after 10-15 mins call will get connected and only response you get is we understand your concern and one big false promise stating technician will visit with next day, which will never happen.

This was my case just with one camera, and i had plans to add 4 more cameras. Its better to go to local CCTV service providers.
