Aisle is an amazing concept. Unlike other app which only focus on dating and meeting multiple people at the same time - which most people do, this app deserves a praise. People here have clear intentions of what they want from this app and what kind of person they are. Profiles are impressive. Yes some weirdos are there but you can ignore them. App hangs often which is to be fixed. Although if you’re patient and understand the concept of this app I think one can be patient with any problems of user interface. Do not reduce the price because it removes scamsters and buggers! But don’t raise also. Kuddos to the thought.

I’m writing this review after using it twice and having 3 months of VIP subscription. I’d advise anyone who’s reading this review that do not fall for their made up love stories and 5 star reviews. In fact, I highly doubt the existing number of genuine profiles. The Invites, they doesn’t seem to work. I mean seriously, 3 months and not a single response. Features are pretty decent, it wont become your “Dating addiction” kinda app as there are limited number of invites can be sent. There are very few number of active profiles and has a large number of inactive profiles. Other thing I’ve noticed that, Aisle seem to have invited social media influencers to create their profiles (for free maybe), who does a little promotion on their IG profiles; I think it’s lame to invite kinda people who doesn’t really care about your product. To be honest, I’ve found couple of decent dates from Tinder, few met personally and few through Video calls (lockdown time), and experience was a lot better there. It’s my opinion that I should get what I’ve paid for.

Aisle honestly feels like a hub for fake people. My experience there has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. People ask for your number under the guise of being genuine, only to hurl disgusting and abusive language like ‘rand,’ ‘behen,’ and other derogatory terms once they get it. It’s absolutely shocking how disrespectful and toxic some individuals can be.

What’s worse is that this behavior isn’t rare—it feels like the norm on the platform. It completely ruined my Christmas vibe and left me questioning why apps like these don’t have better safeguards to protect users, especially women, from such harassment.

Honestly, I would never recommend Aisle to anyone, particularly girls, because it seems more like a breeding ground for catfishers and abusers than a place to find genuine connections. It’s unfortunate because the idea behind it seems great, but in practice, it’s anything but safe or reliable.

I still remember my old days when Aisle didn’t let any fake profile to be created or it was extremely hard to make a profile on aisle in old days…I don’t know the policy nowadays of aisle but it’s really good n it’s good to be on this app…This app is doing something which no other app is doing..but aisle there are multiple groups or females profile on aisle who call guys at Karkardooma Place in a restaurant n loot them…Please ensure security n make some system to check fake or looting profiles…I have got two girls request who tried to call me at karkardooma place in Delhi but I didn’t fall for their trap…

Only advertisement is good about this app. They lure you buy VIP memberships plus on top of that ask outs or invites to send out messages. Pathetic customer support. No use writing to them asking about my unexpired or unaccepted invites. Looking back I’ve spent 7K on this app with no use. There’s no way to track purchased ask outs or invites. The chance of meeting someone very slim. Most of the profiles are fake, inactive or non responsive. Also there are profiles who initiate a conversation and either they want to be friends or just vanish when it comes to meeting. Wonder why do such people sign up for dating app.

Alright guys, how do I explain Aisle? It is completely different from other dating apps. In fact, it is not a dating app, it’s actually a community of Indians who are single and are handpicked by the Aisle team. So the best way to describe Aisle is this — it is your friend you have never met or will ever meet. It will work silently in your life and pick potential soul mates for you to meet saving you a ton of time and money. And trust me, the people you meet on Aisle, you’ll find it difficult if not impossible to meet elsewhere — your friend circle, workplace, Tinder, nightclubs, concerts etc. Highly recommended!!!

I have been using this app for the past one year, and during that time all the people i met were genuine. This is a completely genuine app and the profiles are genuine however very few are actively using the app. In terms functionality it is very limited for free users, which I am now. Earlier for free users, we could send a single reply ‘message’ each day to any user and you could view the people you liked under the your likes section. Now all of this functionality is gone. And to do these basic stuffs you have to buy a premium membership. This just makes the experience as a free user very disappointing in my frank opinion.

P.S Aisle team take note get these functionalities back to the app for free users.

I decided to upgrade my account from basic to premium membership, so I wanted to give a try for 3 months, I made the payment but my account did not upgrade to premium. I tried all possible troubleshoot methods but in vain. I dropped an email to aisle team to check on it but no response from the team. I sent a follow up email after 4 days and I got a response to restore the account(which doesn’t make sense since I am upgrading to premium for the first time) as expected, the account was still in basic. I really don’t understand, why there is lack of response when your user is sharing a concern and it you just ignore it. Hence, guys please watch out if you are making any payment and pls do read their payment agreement. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.🙏🏻

Useless app says you have already logged in using Facebook that too after reaching the final stage and after spending time in creating the profile. Even after it saying that you are already registered, it does not let you login throws you back on the first page of registration. The log in page shows you can log in through LinkedIn also however, when you try to create a profile using LinedIn it says the registration is only through Facebook now so why the hell is LinkedIn being even shown on the first page as option??
You guys lack some basic feature.. looks like product is just launched in a hurry without even some basic tests!
Would rate a big 0 to this app. Such a waste of time guys not even worth trying..

From all other reviews one thing is confirmed the support team needs to improve. One more thing is there needs to be some transparency in these apps like -to how many people my profile was shown, how many left swipes did I get. Also App usage history for atleast a month should be shown. We should not be right swiping on both dead or to be dead profiles. I understand this is a business you need to charge some fees but first improve the trust factor. Users should know what is happening in the backened, what you guys are doing backstage. This will increase trust. If people trust the app more people will be willing to pay. Until these features are added I can’t trust the app, I won’t pay , I won’t use the app. Thank you.
