Akasa Air: Book Flight Tickets 4+

My experience with Akasa Air has been nothing short of frustrating due to their inefficiency, misinformation, and disorganized processes. Initially, I faced an issue with a refund for a canceled booking, where I was repeatedly misled. I was first told the refund would be processed within 7 working days. When I followed up after this period, I was informed that I needed to send an email—something that was never mentioned initially. After emailing, I was told it would take another 7–10 working days, and even then, I had to chase them again, only to be told to wait yet another 5 days for the refund to reflect. This endless cycle of delays, excuses, and poor communication is completely unacceptable.

On top of this, I had another issue where I paid extra in advance for additional luggage, only to be told at the ticket counter that it wasn’t reflected in their system. I was asked to pay the amount again on the spot, with the assurance that the original payment would be refunded. This additional inconvenience further highlights Akasa Air’s incompetence, with glaring issues in both their customer service and internal systems. These experiences have been deeply frustrating and have shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I would strongly advise against flying with Akasa Air, as their service is unreliable, disorganized, and highly unsatisfactory.

Harpreet's conduct was not only unhelpful but also humiliating. She made a derogatory comment, stating that the airport is not a bus stop or railway station where one can simply walk in. This was said in front of other passengers, adding to my embarrassment. Furthermore, she marked me as a "No Show" despite my timely arrival at the gate. When I questioned her, she falsely claimed that the "No Show" status was for another passenger who hadn't shown up. I later discovered that this was incorrectly marked on my ticket. I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai and arrived at the airport on time. My baggage check-in was completed, and I proceeded to the security check. Due to a long queue, I was delayed and reached the boarding gate on time. Despite being informed by the staff that the gates would close 25 minutes prior, I was still on time. However, the staff member, Harpreet, did not allow me to board the flight. furthermore, she marked me as a "No Show" despite my timely arrival at the gate. When I questioned her, she falsely claimed that the "No Show" status was for another passenger who hadn't shown up. I later discovered that this was incorrectly marked on my ticket.

I have booked the ticket on 5th of September from Bombay to Abu dhabi the flight time was 5.05pm the flight name is akasa air i already web check in online and i get the boarding pass also I reached airport at 4.00pm
At the check in counter they said we have cancelled your ticket and they were not listening anything and they only saying that we have cancelled your ticket , then i contact akasa air customer care they are saying we didnt cancel your ticket then i contact makemy trip they were also saying your ticket is not cancelled then how airport counter have the right to say that we have cancelled your ticket and then i contact customer care for refund they said you will get refund in 7 days today 14 days passed i didnt get any refund from make my trip i want my refund otherwise i will take action and makemytrip also have to talk with akasa air and I want my refund as soon as possible i want to go urgently abu dhabi i have booked another ticket and i reached abu dhabi please Solve my issueeee
