Unfortunately in our country , insurance companies know only how to receive premiums and they also know how to be extremely professional and polite when reminding clients of their premium due dates. They will make sure that dead line is met but when it comes to be courteous to clients during their tough times getting in and out of hospitals , they are as lousy as they were 30 years ago. The claim never comes and the poor patient has to keep waiting to be discharged and held hostage till they don’t get a clean chit from the hospital. With this service started , it is indeed the best service and need of the hour solution for people who are just looking to get relieved from the hospital. At Apollo Bannerghatta the medical staff were so lethargic and have no respect for patient’s time, they did not prepare discharge summary even after 7 hours from procedure completion and only after this discharge summary the insurance processing can start which will take another 3-4 hours. That is where Aldun came in and If not for this service we might have waited for additional 3-4 hours for the insurance processing. Thank to Mr Rohit who helped us with the process and explanations about this service.
