2nd unsuccessful purchase .

This is my 2nd purchase where you have taken the money but not sent me the virtual items. I made a purchase of 39.99 just now & my bank debited $46 from my account but i havent received anything . No other apps are like this . All the items come instantly . I have tried rebooting my phone also . I dont know where to contact you as on facebook it always says you are away & you don’t seem to reply on your website either. Are you legit or fake ? I have to contact Facebook & iTunes both . This is too much
