Great app with everything under one touch
The new app is very much improved over the previous one which was following a decade old UI. But, everything is accessible so easily with the help of card UI and this helps in doing each task easily like attendance punch, leave, reimbursement or wish or chat.
Unable to Send or Receive Messages
While the app works fine for attendance, the Chat service hardly ever works. Even after checking network the messages cannot be sent or received. Even if a message is received, I cannot respond to it. It’s like I cannot ever wish any employee through the portal. Apart from this, though not important, one cannot change the display picture. Overall, the UI is good but if these bugs are fixed the app would be perfect for an employee.
Update: 30th Oct. 2022
The app keeps getting worst. Now it doesn’t allow me to login at all and says ‘Token Authentication Error’. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times now.
