Language support

Amaha is really good and helpful. You guys are doing great job in helping people by providing them a platform instantly so that no one has to suffer when they dont have resources any other place.

A suggestion to you people is to introduce a language support so that people who dont know english will be able to use this in hindi or any other regional language. It will be a lot more helpful.

Awesome app!

Well, to start with I was struggling with anxiety , sleep issues and stress.. used the paid version of the app for a month and it helped me better than a few therapists I’d spoken to..
- it has small daily activities which are immensely useful
- the coach also was good in guiding when required

Like any self help this requires some amount of effort from our side to be consistent and finish the tasks / activities and inculcate it into everyday life .

Overall definitely worth the try :)

Amazing app

The best in class product out there on the market. They have more than 200 activities, provides reminders to keep me on track, and the mood tracker too. The allie bit is so cute.

Love this app. Definitely recommend it. ❤️
