Lot of bugs or issues
I don’t know what’s wrong with the app. First of all the UI is confusing, categorisation are hard to understand. But ignoring that and continuing is giving more hard time. I’m not sure how many times I have to enter a New Address to order something. It’s looping back again and again to Cart page. It has happened multiple times whenever I’m trying to order. I’m seriously getting headaches whenever I start using the app. I love the products and other services, but the App is really giving a negative vibe. I know you guys are putting lot of efforts into it, but don’t let it go waste or take the app users for granted please. Kindly try and resolve these, Thank you!
Fake Customercare and Delivery dates
They will show fast delivery date before ordering and till the date of exact delivery. Afterwards they will change dates more than 30+ days. And the fun part is, item ordered wont be even go to ‘dispatched’ state for more than a week after the real expected delivery date. The worst part is the customercare, They wont be able to cancel which extended delivery. To faking customer satisfaction they will tell “escalated” and even sent emails to us. Also they will send fake email which not even worth for solving the issue( another customercare explained the email they sent for escalation is just for internal reference and no value to solve the issue). Then they will ask to wait for the fake seller to change the delivery status for refunding(its after 10 days of the real delivery date). They literally looted 4K from me and i am waiting to change the order delivery status to “dispatched” status for 10 days after the real expected date of delivery. Is it an other business ?. Looting money by adding fake items and, refunding whenever they wish.
I wish I had an option to rate ‘zero’
The worst delivery service a customer can get. I’m really disappointed. I had ordered a couple of products on Thursday and the app said one of the product was delivered on Saturday and it says the product was handed over to a security guard when there isn’t one. I called the customer service and they said the product will be delivered to my address or I’ll get a refund. I also mentioned that the rest of the products needs to be delivered to my address and the delivery executive is supposed to call me before delivering the product to make sure I’m home and he needs to deliver the product to me. The supervisor assured me that.
The same thing happened yesterday. The delivery executive never called me. And the app says the product was directly handed over to the security guard. I called the customer service again and spoke to a supervisor and he was least bothered to do anything about this. And I got the worst customer service. He was literally interrupting me every time I tried to talk and was talking over me and I got no resolution.
