App breaks down after iOS 13 update
First of all, sorry there was no place in the app to report bugs found while using the app, so I had to post the problem here.
After iOS13 update the app breaks down. For any product which has sub-options to select, after the selection is made the rest of the buttons on the app stop responding and most of the other components go on a loop of loading content but never finish.
Example - while selecting shoes, if I select the shoe colour out all many options available under one product or the size of the shoe. I am not able to proceed with the buy now option or the add to cart option because after the selection is made the rest of the page becomes non-functional. Only home or return button works.
Please check the app’s functionality with iOS 13.
I am using iPhone X on iOS 13 with more than 20GB free space and a >100mbps wifi internet connection. The app used to work fine before the iOS update.
Horrible customer support
This happened to me not once but twice, so clearly not a isolated incident. I order products, the expected date is a little far so I wait. It’s been a few days, u check for update: nothing at all. I wait. It’s almost delivery date but still no update, I contact customer support they tell me to ‘be assured’ that I will receive my items on time. Of course i don’t. They say sorry please reorder.🤦🏻♀️. They could have told me this earlier but no they had to give me ‘assurance’. The second time since I have already had a similar experience I contacted them everyday and everyday they said ‘be assured’. Finally today they said sorry reorder😶. Like what? I have been contacting them for over 5 days and they were like ‘be assured’ and finally when they realised can’t say that anymore they said ‘there is a chance’ you will get it on time. I would just like to point out the meaning of ‘be assured’ : to be certain that something will happen. I have screenshots of all the chats but not sure how to add them in this review.
Poor app interface
I am just able to apply one filter at once i.e. Everytime I select any filter it brings me back to the products list and again I have to select ‘filters’ and choose from one of them... its so irritating
For e.g. Once I select Tshirts, then as soon as I apply filter of size M it takes me back to products page then I again go to filters, choose LEVIS from brands and it again takes me back to products page and then to choose other brand I will have to do it all over again...
Do something about it as its so irritating that I dont feel like to use this app again
It happened with me last month as well but just once. My app and phone both are updated
