Update not working properly...
The latest update seems to have taken app to dark ages; nothing seems to be working smooth.... add to cart takes you to checkout, clicking on item in cart doesn’t open the item rather lands you on main page, filters.... no more hovering cart above the opened item.... not sure if you guys fixed the bug or added more!!!!!!!
Update: deleted the app and reinstalled and it seems to be behaving normally on the iPad. Not sure what cause the problem as updated worked smooth on the iPhone
Update 2: original problem is back today on iPad. Kindly fix
Literally pathetic service
I have ordered one birthday gift on 9th of Aug. It was about to get deliver on 13th of august. On the same day i received the message saying that this order is out for delivery and i was waiting for the order to be delivered. After waiting for long time when no one called for delivery i called the no given to me in sms. The warehouse operator said that the parcel has got sent to different warehouse so it is not in your delivery area and wont be getting delivered today. It was the birthday date and it had got missed. Literally if you are a prime user then only you will have auick service otherwise you will be treated as a puppet. I would always recommend flipkart over it. They dont fuss their customer with foolish promises. Literally pathetic amazon...i think you have lost the sense of feeling of ordinary customers....Better uninstall it
According to them customers are cheat
I ordered one gift on 24th Dec and I received the message that it is out for delivery on 28th Dec. late evening I received the message that the gift is delivered but actually it was not. I called the representative and they said that it will be delivered tomorrow. Next day as well the gift was not delivered and when inquired they said you wait till 2nd Jan.
i called on 3rd Jan and the representative said that refund will be initiated now. On 5th Jan i again called them and they said we have initiated the investigation and will update on 13th Jan. on 13th Jan when i again called them they said that as per their investigation the product is delivered and they will not refund the amount. They have not shared the investigation report and not ready to accept that the mistake is from their side.
