Old Review: Especially to Product & Security Team You guys, in the name of security are use extra otp & password to login to the app. arre idiots, why the hell one will use the app then if they have to enter pasword & otp. stupid designs in over protecting the user you lost the smooth process of customer easy of using the app. its better we use website to login through browser.

On thé 6th of Nov , I tried to make a purchase from Marks and spencer and the payment was just not going through and the page was blank after putting in the OTP after card details . Then a flash showed to cancel transaction and I clicked yes and this happened over 3 tries - it also flashed on my phone that no payment has been taken , hence I tried 3 times then stopped. I went onto my Amex site and saw the payment showed pending 3 times . Clearly felt this was an error and that payment would reflect cancelled later Next day I added an item to my order and placed it with another bank card. I hot my delivery from marks and spencer and did not place an order after that. Today I got messages from marks and spencer about an order being shipped so wondered which one and checked - it was for the one that showed cancelled . 1 time order of ₹2322 approx. Then we checked their website and saw that order went through and then checked my Amex site and all 3 payment which reflected cancelled and pending , have been taken by you. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Please did this and cancel these payment transactions . Very upset .

All the tele-executives are keen in providing you solutions to your queries, are very well behaved, passionate, knowledgeable and their command over Hindi and regional languages is in no way less than their flawless English language.My all family is enjoying privileges extended by Amex. Actually we love Amex and this is a reality that We can’t live without Amex.Keep the good work up Amex.

This company only tricks and loot you by all means possible unless you are capable of paying out your all amount of bill within the same month. Otherwise you are hugely trapped. Don’t even think about paying in instalments, your 1 product bought will become double the cost or more.You keep paying finance charges but the amount will never come down. That’s where u are trapped. Now you are paying around 5000 or more with 4-5 types of GST’s every month only interest including your monthly instalment but your bill is still intact. It’s clearly a trap with stupid logics they give.And logically people who can afford to easily pay it by the same month would use a debit card instead.They lure their customers about gaining points which is like gaining peanuts after spending thousands or lakhs. Not worth it. I highly recommend not to own this card. Otherwise good luck being trapped even after being a loyal customer for years. They don’t care at all about their customers.
