Not getting Notification

This app is installed in IPhone 13 mobile phone. I am not getting any notification from school resulting in missing certain important notification. I have checked that name of this app in iPhone notification setting but it is not appearing in list. All other apps installed in my phone is appearing there but name of your app is not appearing. Moreover, there one more problem- when ever I close the app (not logged off) I have fill all credentials to login.14the Oct 25Reminder after about two yearsThe problem as mentioned above has not been solved till now due to this we are missing updates from school. It shows that how serious is the institution regarding updation of the software.
