This Application provides one-stop platform for the citizens across all constituencies to seek solutions of their grievances.
People can file a query and track the status of the same through their mobile phones or computers anywhere and anytime. This App would help in enhancing the public service delivery and also in increasing transparency of the governance mechanism.

1. Sign Up: One time sign up is required to get a User Login.
2. Dashboard: A Dashboard for registering and monitoring after login
3. Tracking: User can track his/her grievance in real-time mode.
4. Accessibility: Easily searchable street names and locations.
5. Notification: SMS acknowledgement at the time of lodging of grievance and its disposal.
