Good but can be improved
I use this to book appointments and buy medicines. On the whole, for both purposes it is good. However, I found that the app is not showing some doctors when asked for nearby doctors in spectra. Medicine supply is very fast and I am extremely happy. However, the layout can be improved. And there is an irritating notification that my profile is being set up whenever I open the app. Unless I dismiss it, I can’t go into the app. For return of medicines, I think they give the window for 48 hours. In my case, the delivery was fine but when I opened the strip after four days, the tablet inside has all of its top layer peeled. When I called and told them that the medicine they supplied is of inferior quality and need to be taken up with the company and DGCI, the telecaller simply refused to entertain the complaint saying that it has crossed 48 hrs. Finally, I had throw the total strip. What is pertinent is we as patient cannot be expected to open the strip and see all tablets. Further, my complaint is a matter of concern. I guess there should be a proper escalation level. Hence, four stars. Otherwise, it deserves five star.

Excellent service but app requires major improvements
Firstly, i have been an Apollo 24*7 user for quite some time and i can surely say, over the years they have definitely improved their service both on and off the app. However, the app itself requires improvements ans enhancements. 1. The map is outdated and points to incorrect address when trying to edit or create a new address. The addresses it picks by default is totally incorrect which causes a lot of problems during delivery. 2. Bugs continuously disrupts smooth usage as it completely whitens the screen and the app needs to be restarted. 3. The app terminates sometimes repeatedly and one has to wait for a good 2 mins before launching it once more. These are only few of the many issues i have with the app. But the major one is the issue with the maps and addresses. That requires immediate fix as it causes issue while delivery.

Most unreliable and unprofessional service
Install the app and they will send you tons of promotional messages including calls from their stores asking you for orders. But if you actually place an order, they do not adhere to timelines and deliver on their whims and fancy, sometimes delaying for days and believe me even weeks. During this time they do not bother to call or text to inform that the order has been delayed. Mind you these are medicines that the customer needs immediately. Also they end up sending wrong products and damaged ones. There’s no customer care number you can get in touch with immediately. You can raise a ticket and they conveniently close it without following it up. Recently I was sent damaged medicines and I raised a ticket multiple times. They called me to resend pictures as they weren’t able to open them and finally after multiple conversations I’m told that I had filled a complaint after 48 hours of receiving the medicine. Pure harassment and basically no intention of doing right by the customer. This, after they had sent the order multiple days after the promised timeline without any intimation. In the same order they had sent a different variant of another product. No apologies, no replacement, no follow ups. Worst customer care possible. Fraudulent setup - order from anyone but Apollo!
