Dear Team,

I am extremely happy with the way teachers teach if a student is focused surely goes far with the learning process.

However I am here to highlight something which is equally not great. I have been noticing few students in the class just come to pass time and they type of absurd things in the chat window. I have reached out to mentor teacher however no action has been taken.

She indeed advised me to teach my kid not to focus on the chat window. By the time we both are devolving the skill how not to focus on the screen could you please inform their parents and take some strict action on them.

It’s a learning platform agreed also a business model. But if we do some value add in terms of adding some values to student with a loss of few thousands should be good in a long run. These guys are 8 years max 10 years. Hope you think like wise . Hope we can leverage technology to make chat option 1:1 with student teacher. Else some kind of algorithm just to screen the disruptors.

Very bad team management no call response no queries has been resolved and no call back or reply our queries . Now the teachers who called so many times before admission now she says I am promoted I can’t handle this I want my money back which I was being assured of in starting of long term course you feel not satisfied you money will be fully refunded and no question will be asked . My child wasn’t being answered in the class and every time he feels he is being fooled and so many others kids being answered not only him every day how I can give him fake assurance.

I want my money mentor ma’am knows with so much struggle I paid this money she that giving so many promises you will not face any problem I am here to resolve all your queries now no one ready to answer my calls or all times they are busy with their meeting that’s what some other person pick up their call and said this to me…
