Very nice response
It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou
Worst support for so called premium brand
Airpods Pro was given to authorised service centre Reliance ResQ under warranty (near to completion) as product had multiple issues. They kept entire device done their tweaking and firmware upgrade on case and finally reached to a conclusion that both buds need to be replaced. When I clearly asked that have you checked casing as i facing connectivity issue as well. They said don’t worry you can report any furtherissue within period of 2 months even if warranty is over as they have repaired device. After few days i get to know they have spoiled the casing and it is not pairing with any device once unpaired. also not charging with wireless charger, not getting reset. Now service centre has moved away from their words and declared product out of support and useless.
In short Pay for Apple service centre mistake.
Don’t you think we should stop buying Apple or stop saying it at-least a premium brand at-least in India as all their services are outsourced then further sub contracted. Apple is totally clueless of support journey of their customers.
Phone is Good, Support is Bad.
I have IPhone X 256gb. I used it 3 years. Loved it using in lockdown too. Played too much games. My battery got pumped and screen came out. I waited till lockdown finished. I searched an Apple service on internet which was not authorised but I realised it later that it’s not an authorised service Center. After changing my battery the face detection stopped working. It was my fault to visit wrong store. After few days I got some lines in my display. I visited apple authorised service Center, they told they have to change the display which will cost me 24,900₹. I told them to replace. But they refused to change because my face detection was not working. I didn’t understand, what I’d the terms and policy they have. Then I realised why local Apple service Center are earning money. Apple company never sells there parts outside, it’s unauthorised. But you can easily receives apple parts from local shop as I got the battery. Loved the Phone as it comes from foreign. But not the service as it is provided by Our country. Muskuraiye aap India mein hai.
