It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou
worst ever service by apple

IMy son gifted one Iphone pro max to me with his internship remuneration and spoiled our peace of mind. The phone works fine if Wifi is connected. If no wifi can’t make or receive calls. Mobile data also not accessible. On reporting the matter I was asked to submit it at the service center Bhatinda. l collected the phone after four days. Since the problem was not sorted out, I had to submit it again. They sent the phone to Bangalore and I collected it from service centre yesterday. They told me that display of phone was replaced for network problem! From the service centre itself it was found that, the problem was not sorted out. I contacted the apple support and they also interacted with the Bhatinda service centre from my phone. The call lasted over sixty minutes. At the end Executive S P Mohammed Ezar told me that he will sort out the issue by today and provided a link and mail id to contact him today. But when I tried the link to contact, it was showing the message “Something went wrong”. No reply for the mail even. Upon contacting again, the routine talk and no solution provided. The phone is useless even after the following apple support: Five visits to the Service centre. Fifteen days the phone was with Apple. (Bhatinda and Bangalore) Over five hours of in call diagnostics. Over five hours of restore backup etc. For One lakh eighty thousand rupee I got a useless product, Idiotic customer care and the services of the good for nothing apple executives!
iPhone 14 Plus issue after software upgrade

I own an iPhone 14 Plus that is about 1.5 years old. After downloading Apple software version 26.3, my phone suddenly started rebooting on its own. I visited the Apple Service Center in Noida, Sector 18, where they told me it was a hardware issue. However, my phone has never been dropped, nor does it have any physical damage.They informed me that the repair would cost around ₹40,000, which I believe is unreasonable. They advised me to contact Apple Support to request an exception. Over the past week, I have been in touch with the support center and explained the entire issue. Some representatives initially agreed that my case was valid and assured me that I might receive an exception. The case was escalated, but eventually, they told me that no exception could be granted.If Apple provides such services, it raises questions about the brand’s value. How can I be expected to spend ₹40,000 when the issue did not arise due to any fault on my part? If a hardware problem occurs internally after a software update, how can I be held responsible for it?

I recently visited Dubai Mall Apple Stores for a scheduled appointment and encountered an extremely disheartening experience.Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment, and I was instructed to book a new one, which came with a one-hour wait. In the midst of this, I briefly stepped away to discuss the situation with a friend. Upon returning and expressing my willingness to wait, I was told that I had to join the long queue again to book an appointment.What perplexed me further was witnessing the support staff assisting individuals who were breaking the queue. This discrimination left me puzzled and frustrated, as I couldn't comprehend why I was being treated differently. When I approached the manager to express my concerns, my grievances were ignored, compounding my disappointment.I believe in Apple's commitment to exceptional customer service, and this experience has left me questioning that commitment.
