It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou

Dear sir , I purchased a seal box 14 pro but after 4-5 months i faced camera quality issue then i contact online with apple care for solutions, they done online test and report was normal but i faced camera related issues , then i decide to submit my phone to apple care. After 14-15 days I received my phone and camera or display both changed.
After 1 day testing camera quality issue solved but i feel some touch related problems And today is last day of warranty. I visited again service center with some video recordings as a proof and i request them to plz again send my phone to checkup my phone and hardwares but they denied and said we try to reinstall software

They said 1st we test.

But i have video recording ( proofs ) that there is many types issues

But they dont help me

Is this is a service of apple

Why i buy so expensive phone !!!

Totally time waste , mental harassment
And from tomorrow there is no warranty and now i think i wasted my 1 lakh+ money 😞😞

Very disappointed from apple service

There is so many proofs that I contact many times to apple care via mails , calls , online chat

And after repaired from apple i faces new issues ☹️☹️☹️

And on my phone there is not any physically damage , no water tests nothing else

This is my first apple device and 1st apple experience and that was very bad experience.

I am taking very pain to writing to you.

I am facing very worst experience with my phone, since day one I am facing problems in phone, receiver and microphone issues, due to lockdown I was unable to use my phone because of micro phone and audio receiver, for that reason I have purchased apple air pods, that is also having problems, spoken several times with customer care for support in the lockdown, customer care assured they will provide service after lockdown, during lockdown my phone warranty got expired, now they are denied warranty. It’s very sad news being purchased costly phone and poor customer service very bad experience with apple, I would like to gift my phone to Apple CEO for supplying such a poor quality and defective phone to loyal customers, I was using Samsung phones for more the 15 years, I never face such a issue, being a costly and expensive phone, I have purchased through EMI and paid huge amount, due to pandemic situation service centre was not available for more then 5 months now apple is denying for support. I have been to your service centre several times but it was closed due to lockdown, now they not supporting to loyal customer

Please help me to get my problems address or accept my gift of my I phone x, I will never buy your products, your both the products are having problems
