Very nice response
It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou
Worst experience with apple support
I purchased apple care for AirPods Pro and I gave it in Apprronix for repair.
They delayed service 2 month for service and I made 20 calls to apple care for support and they always we are here to help you better.
I requested them very clearly escalate and communicate with Apprronix service centre.
Always apple support says we send many email and they are not responding to our emails
Today I finally went to service centre and asked why you guys are not replying back to apple they clearly said we didn’t receive any email .
To solve this puzzle I called to apple support from service centre and I got info the senior escalation manager these many days they are sending email to wrong teams and I don’t have any words and I disconnected the call because I spent already 14 to 16 hours overs calls itself.
I clearly explained that my product with Apprronix for almost 2 months and they did forgery my signature for repair and still I didn’t receive product and first time I felt shame for using apple product and will soon move out from apple because other vendor not charging high amounts as they are not giving service but here I paid apple care and apple product with high cost and becoming mad by listening your team answers.
1) How come they can send email to wrong teams since last 1 month
2) how come your executive can sign on behalf of me for my product
3) what is the use off apple care

I am taking very pain to writing to you.
I am facing very worst experience with my phone, since day one I am facing problems in phone, receiver and microphone issues, due to lockdown I was unable to use my phone because of micro phone and audio receiver, for that reason I have purchased apple air pods, that is also having problems, spoken several times with customer care for support in the lockdown, customer care assured they will provide service after lockdown, during lockdown my phone warranty got expired, now they are denied warranty. It’s very sad news being purchased costly phone and poor customer service very bad experience with apple, I would like to gift my phone to Apple CEO for supplying such a poor quality and defective phone to loyal customers, I was using Samsung phones for more the 15 years, I never face such a issue, being a costly and expensive phone, I have purchased through EMI and paid huge amount, due to pandemic situation service centre was not available for more then 5 months now apple is denying for support. I have been to your service centre several times but it was closed due to lockdown, now they not supporting to loyal customer
Please help me to get my problems address or accept my gift of my I phone x, I will never buy your products, your both the products are having problems
