Excellent for Apple Watch & iPhone users 👏

The concept is really unique and exquisitely exploratory. Once I am inside the App, the experience is smooth and engrossing in the "attention quotient." It naturally drives into exploring how to improve the score. It is timely appropriate during this long pandemic (Covid-19) worldwide lockdown and helps all freely to enhance attention.

Few areas to improve:
1. App onboarding experience with sign-in is cumbersome and avoidable too many steps with a high degree of interaction. It puts off.
2. Anyway, it has the mobile phone App, and that should be used more seamlessly for onboarding, sign up, score analysis, and further promotions like soundscape/visualization sales.
3. An app installed on the iPhone should have asked for Apple watch to proceed further and request users to sign in if they have the apple watch paired.
4. Asking password typing on Apple-watch or even prompting notification on iPhone is avoidable steps.
5. While downloading soundscape in watchOS, it should say how long to wait and how far it has progressed.
6. Soundscape playing from watchOS needs Airpod/Pro; similarly, the iPhone playing option should give an option for Home Pod and Airpod if found.
7. The surprise to see that the AQ sessions are added to the Health Activity app, in workouts, as mind & body, but lacking credible information. It also adds too many entries!
Anyway, good going, and looking forward to seeing more reviews and more updates.

The best repository for great meditation!

Such an interesting twist on meditation apps! I have been using Calm for a few years but most days I just feel like I spend more time looking for a meditation to do than doing the meditation itself which can be kind of annoying. So it was cool to find an app that gives me one training at a time based on my score. Like when I didn't sleep well and scored lowest on rest, I was given a meditation focused on sleep. I like the lucid dreaming meditation as well. I haven't done much on the other parts of the trainings but will check them out.

Really Worth Using AQ for Mental Wellbeing

I was at first unsure how accurate the wellness monitor is but after using it the last two weeks I am now a believer! I drive to work 3x a week and wfh rest of week. Low and behold I am most stressed during commute in the morning and after work. Also interesting to see the more meetings I have, the more I am in the red. I don't have time to do the trainings but will check out the short musics to see if they help my stress level!
