This app’s software is a complete mess!
And its been 2 months,still no idea how the match works…!!
But the best part is, certain times things workout well😅

your subscription is going to end

After using this application for six months, my experience has been rather disheartening. I've encountered numerous fake accounts requesting money, which raised concerns about the app's security. When I reached out to customer support, their response was that they are working on monitoring and removing such accounts, suggesting I block these users and continue using the app. Beyond the issue of fake accounts, I've also noticed a significant number of inactive or fake profiles in the matches I receive. What's particularly frustrating is that I've observed matches only responding when my subscription for Arike is about to end or has already ended. This pattern makes the overall experience quite demoralizing, leaving me questioning my own worth. Despite my best efforts to create an appealing profile with high-quality pictures and engaging audio messages, and diligently responding to the app's generic questions, I've found that the results are disappointing. It's disheartening to put in so much effort, only to receive no matches or ones that seem to engage with me selectively, primarily when my subscription is at its end. In summary, my experience with this application has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. While I appreciate the efforts of customer support to address fake accounts, there are still fundamental issues that need to be resolved to provide a more fulfilling and genuine dating experience.

Even after making payments they won't change the support they provide only gets
5 notes but claims they have already provided 20 notes and if you try to contact customer care raising any issue there won't be any response from their side and for few profile we have to connect forcefully otherwise it won't go from timeline neither you can pass that or check another without connecting to those and most of the profiles are fake when cross checked with account so don't get fooled like me by making payments
