Temporarily Unavailable
Instant On servers are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Access will resume as soon as these issues are resolved.
Meanwhile, sites, networks and devices should not be affected by it and should continue to run as expected.

Waste of Time

These apps are supposed to make the life easy for the Installer / Troubleshooter. But the login to the app and then searching the device with serial number / QR code even for the WAP that is connected, is waste of time and doesn’t make sense from any angle.
